In 1999, The New Y-CAPP Inc. was formed by Jonathan E. Coleman and Donna Z. Pierce-Baylor to serve the needs of children and adolescents in Richmond City and Surrounding counties. Since this time, the focus has been Youth Challenged, Advised and Positively Promoted. Over the last nine years over 1,300 youth have been provided outstanding services through Y-CAPP's organization. The New Y-CAPP proudly acknowledges a success rate of 84.5% provides valuable career networking opportunities and has placed many on the path to personal and career development.
