Thank you for your interest in The New Y-CAPP Inc., an independent residential and community empowerment program. Y-CAPP's main office is located at 1500 Brook Road in Richmond, Virginia. We respectfully offer exceptional residential, vocational, school based, and personal development enhancement programs to young men and women in need of community services. Y-CAPP's curriculum is designed to motivate and encourage these young men and women to develop and utilize skills which will allow them to be successful in life.
